The Warren Hellman Public Celebration, a free concert paying tribute to the founder of Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, is taking place this Sunday, February 19th, in San Francisco, and featuring performances by Gillian and David, Old Crow Medicine Show, Emmylou Harris, and many more.
